You clearly were not dealing with us and you left a review about an incident that never happened with US. IF you are a registered patient AND needed us to deliver to a different address WITHIN OUR territory, we would only ask you for the address. FURTHER, UNDER THE LAW if you are a NEW patient, as of 2020 you WILL be required to provide PROOF of ADDRESS for ALL delivery services, so it sounds to me like you were dealing with another service who was complying with the LAW and then you left this bad review on the WRONG page.
