One-star experience. Order #46115169. I called Enjoyment’s 877 number at 8:03 PM and was told delivery would take 2 to 3 hours. Based on that, I kept the order. At about 10:25 PM, I got a text saying my ETA was 11:50 PM, nearly midnight. When I called back, I got the same person, who confirmed that ETA was accurate and said 2 to 3 hours is just what it “usually” takes. That is not acceptable. Customers need accurate timing before committing to a late-night delivery, not a general estimate that ends up being way off. I explained that I had someone downstairs sleeping and could only go outside so late, but there was no real solution, no urgency, and no meaningful attempt to make it right. For a delivery business, getting the ETA this wrong is a serious failure. After tonight, I would not recommend Enjoyment. Call and keep checking your order, because based on my experience, you cannot rely on them to look after you as a customer.
