I’ll be looking for a New Dr
Hello first I want to say this is my second year with my marijuana card first year I was happy with them they are too expensive and I had an appointment for a telephone call at 9 AM this morning at 9:30 this morning still no phone calls I am out of TP and I need to go to the store so I called them they didn’t apologize they said oh we can have the doctor call you at 10:30 so I have to sit and wait till 1030 I told them they should knock off some money since they did a no call no show and my time is just as important as the doctors they didn’t I got charged The full renewal so I will be looking for a doctor for next years this place is very unprofessional they didn’t even apologize I would say run far and look for a new doctor they’re popping up everywhere like dandelions

Limited on what you purchase
I used to go here before they close down to get licensed then I came back after they got licensed and was happy that they reopened but then after going there again and then putting a limit on how much of what product I can purchase forcing me to go to other dispensaries because I’m out of Ohio and I have to get everything I need for the month then so for them to put a limit on how much of what product I want is ridiculous first come first serve I think if someone wants to purchase it let them purchase it but for you to tell me you’re only allowed 12 of that product. Is ridiculous I’m there to buy if you’re not going to sell I don’t come back. Thank you

I really wanted to give you a five star rating but my last time I visited your store I purchased three strains and one of them left a moldy taste in my lungs. When I called to explain to you that it had a moldy taste you offered for me to bring it back to trade it in but I’m 152 miles away as I explained to the person on the phone. I told her I would keep it bring it next time I come she said that would be too late she started getting rude told me that I am the first to complain about a moldy aftertaste the strain was jet fuel. I am 56 years old and didn’t just start so I know what mold taste like. And because of the way she handled me on the phone your store has lost my business
