Fresh out the box I couldn't get a hit. Went back inside and asked for a replacement. Got a new one with the same problem. They told me to blow in it from the bottom to unclog it.. you have to do this everytime you take a hit. Very annoying. Takes about 1 min of sucking and blowing for your life to get a good rip.
