I was in love with Hamilton’s when I first started going - I loved the flower and the atmosphere- but it’s starting to seem like the quality of flower is not what it used to be. Paying up to $14/g for some top shelf strains and seeing less results than what I would on an $8/g. The staff, however, have always been polite and kind. I do love the staff!

I visited this place solely based on the reviews & I left very disappointed. 1. The middle aged woman and younger man working when I went in were very dull and honestly a bit smug. Not much excitement to have a new customer in store. 2. The flower was not good at all. I got 7 grams of an IH & 3.5 grams of a SH. Both strains instantly gave me an itchy throat, and I can only wonder if the flower has a mold or fungi issue. (I’ve been tested for COVID so let’s not even go there) 3. I didn’t get my new customer preroll. I paid for it but it never got put in the bag. I didn’t notice until I got home but sure didn’t want to go back and try and communicate with the two working again. I won’t go back & if you really like quality flower, I truly do hope you find my review. I will be throwing $120 worth of flower away because it’s not safe quality.

The quality is great, the budtenders are kind & they give my dog a treat every time I bring him thru the drive-thru pickup line. 💕💚 I couldn't complain even if I wanted to!

I visited this job last week. Was really impressed with all the testing and lab information they have on literally every product - it's insane. I'm also really impressed with pricing @ this store - I love when taxes are included in the price of flower.
