CHECK YOUR PICK UP ORDER BAG BEFORE LEAVING STORE!! Employee checked my bag at the counter and I paid for my order. After I left and opened my “goodie bag” I noticed an item was missing. Called and found out it was “because it was out of stock” but they still took my money as if it was in the bag and didn’t inform me of this while I was at the store. I ask why I was charged and not given the product and the employee said he wasn’t sure why he did it. The employee was nonchalant and unapologetic maybe too high for work..? I asked if I could come get the missing item or a refund. Was able to pick up my item at a later time. JUST DEF CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING - save you a trip and a headache!!
