I’ve had an excellent experience with Sage and Fire. They really care about providing great customer service and it shows in their dedicated and consistent service. In short- they deliver and most of the time without a hiccup. If there’s a problem they are courteous and express the desire to “make the customer whole.” I recently had a cartridge malfunction when it was nearly full. Had excellent customer service and they replaced the cartridge. Thank you Sage and Fire! 🔥

Initially delivered wrong items. I informed them and they came back to refund the money. They said they contacted me through Weedmaps but I don’t see where so maybe I’ll order directly from the store in future in case there is an issue with Weedmaps.
