I had 2 punch cards after misplacing one for a week, when I tried to use the last punch on the second one it was confiscated and not honored. If your online system is keeping track why not just go off of that and get rid of the punch cards unless the point is to screw over customers. This seems like a dumb reason to lose my business after the thousands I've spent here.
