The staff are always nice and help if I have any questions. Having an official store is great because the pods come with a 7 day warranty and sometimes those leak so it’s great to have that protection.

I got a couple of pre rolls and the didn’t burn well at all. The cured weed was so dense there was no air flow I had to cut it and make a hole for better air flow. Also there was to much paper at the end maybe also issue with the burn.

Besides this I have had a great experience, but I came in last week and I grabbed two stiiizy pods. After 420 I wanted to chill so I got a Cdb pod, when I got home I could tell the taste was a little off. I checked the info on the stiiizy pod and the batch date was 11 months ago. According to the lifespan quality is is compromised at 9 months depending on how it was stored if in cold conditions it could last longer. So tip check the batch date before you make your purchase. Besides that the customer care is 100!

Sadly my first experience here was not the best, especially when compared to my experience at the LA and Davis store. My cashier didn’t me give me the FTP discount, I should have asked before paying the total and I would have caught the error. But I already got cash before and I was running to my housemates holiday party and wanted to bring so goodies, so when he told me the total I had to get cash there because he didn’t give me the FPT discount. So I had to pay 2.5 fee and 2 fee from my bank just to get 20$ because I needed 3$ more for my order. When I told him that he had made an error after reviewing my receipt, he said “I didn’t know, you didn’t give me a ticket”, I said dude it’s on the counter.. the red ticket was there, then he said I’ll give you a lighter? like you made me get more cash and fees for what? Because you weren’t paying attention, So next time I’ll get 10% off, I’m good next time I just won’t come here. The Davis one and LA one are amazing! My cashier was diamond!
