This store has been my favorite store until today. I am deaf and the attendant (wearing orange knitted snowcap) is made aware of this. I asked to see the terminal screen so I can make selection. The guy refused and I was upset by his action. I let the guy at front desk that the guy is bad at service. I sadly left the store without any product tonight. The attendants in the past were awesome and friendly, and assisted me in product selections from the computer terminal screen. Today, I was not able to do so.

This place has been my number one site to visit due to awesome products. However, lately the customer service has been horrific lately. Last visit was awful that I had to walk away. Guess I will not be coming back.
