I’ve placed single orders of well over $300 here before, but these last two times have been a complete mess. Weeks ago items didn’t match the website. I texted and their driver came out to swap them. This latest order: one item different (wrong strain & CBD). Rep insisted it was what I paid for. Why is it my fault they can’t update their website—or maybe they’re trying to scam people? Felt deliberately misled. I planned another $300+ order next day so the incorrect item could be swapped and included with it. Instead they repeatedly questioned me—asking if the product was opened or “really” different—as if I was cheating after spending hundreds. Then shortened my new order because the person didn’t understand it was my full order PLUS the extra replacement. He just added the swap-out item and cut the rest short. Clearly had no idea what he was doing. Repeated wrong products, dishonest service, treating high-spending customers like liars. Hopefully they can do better.
