Thank you Jennifer for helping resolve the short change situation. Nick and Mike were very kind at attempting to resolve the mistake and gave me back two out of the three dollars that I was short changed. I feel that Carl needs to be retrained on how to resolve a problem without having a cutting and arrogant demeanor. I'm happy the issue with the short change was clarified and that I can continue to enjoy my favorite dispensary Shango.

Today I tried Jesus OG. is the best I have tried so far for the price too. I can always find the best deals here, they have a huge variety of top shelf flower and they are all good quality. I appreciate the knowledge of the staff about the different cannabinoids on each brand to choose from also the system in place for medical patients is the best I have seen and they have a great rewards point system for each purchase made.

Today I tried Frosted Donuts, not my usual but it was a great choice. I like the mellow feeling from it and at the same time I can be active if desired. I appreciate Shango for their prompt customer service and smiles make it very pleasant. I made a complaint a few weeks ago that was never addressed, instead today yet Shango has not responded and chose to remove my disability discount. I consider this retaliation due to my complaint of being discriminated by one of their employees. Also their new supervisors and old managers promised me to fix it and only Tony did the right thing but a manager above her chose to delete my discount and refuse to apply it again. to me is clear retaliation and discrimination. I still go here cause I really like the flower they have is top shelf but their service is horrible.

grenadine cookies is the worst marihuana I recently tried, has a dry flavor and horrible headache high feeling, worst part is I got one oz. of this ugly stuff

Shango is One of the best Flower Dispensaries in Las Vegas, for the most part all the strains are very potent, and you can always find something to match the amount you are looking to spend, their reward system is also great for returning shoppers.

It is horrible to have to wait for so long, but due to the quarantine It is a blessing they are open, I placed my order at 4pm today and received it after 9pm, I'm grateful for Brittany as she assured me I would be receiving my medicine and gave me an approximate timing after I called the Store and was patient with me, Shango also answer my calls promptly and even read and responded to my emails concerning the price and delays as a disabled person and honored it.
