Got the wrong product, there online ordering is trash…

Online order, product was wrong.. manager offered no solution.. I told them I’d pay for an upgraded product they offered none.. solution was go to another place and buy a battery for your product.. I wasted $10 on a tip.. no more business from me.. bad staff including manager…
