I've been to the Eureka store and I've also had a couple of home deliveries. Either way, good information, great service, very satisfactory results!

Update to previous: After finishing the 1/8, I have to upgrade my review. It stayed too dry and harsh, but definitely had good effects. So not all bad, but I will not purchase brand again. 7 leaves Bon bons purchased 1 week ago: so dry it was like charcoal, really rough on the throat. I usually wait for 3 tries before commenting, but this was so bad I feel pretty sure I won't purchase again. Sorry.
