Hello -- Positive Energy is open for pre-orders for Drive Thru Pick Up (no curbside). There is a line of cones in our parking lot that lead around the the back of the building to the pick up window. You parked in front of this long line of cones at the very entrance of our parking lot, which blocked entry to the pick up line for all patients trying to pick up their pre orders. We have large signs explicitly in front of the entrance of the line saying that the pick up line is for pre-order pick up only. Also listed on the sign is our website which leads to directions on how to pre order as well as our phone number. Video footage shows you parked directly in front of these signs. You were kindly asked to back up, in which you then swiftly pulled away. You never asked for assistance. We recommend you call a dispensary or visit a dispensary's website if it is your first time visiting their establishment. We hope this helps for future visits
