Hope you don't mind losing a customer. Am almost 60 years old and was treated as a 6 year old. I was reprimanded for placing an order and showing up prior to their pickup time scheduled. These idiots take themselves a bit too serious....for God's sake its a POT SHOP and may I state....JUST 1 OF 1000S. ALSO, IT WAS ALSO JUST A MATTER OF TAKING SOMETHING OFF THE SHELF.

We tend to stay pretty busy, so the pickup order option is a very convenient way for you to skip the line if you plan ahead. We make sure to confirm the hour pickup time with every patient that places a pickup order. Once an order is placed, you are in a virtual line of orders for which patients can not come earlier than their window. We have rules and standards here that we have to abide by to guarantee smooth workflow for employees and patients both. Stay Classy !
