My last two visits I have noticed that “OTD” prices on the menu don’t match what you get charged at the register. This is happening with tier 2 710 labs rosin where it says “$39” OTD but then they charge you “$45”. The explanation from the defensive budtender is prices are subject to change. That’s fine but then CHANGE THEM on the sign so people know what to expect at the register. This has happened two weeks in a row so it happened last week and 7 days later they are still advertising a lower price for specific items then charging more at the register. Both times it was a huge issue but after several minutes they adjusted the price and refunded the difference. Today after they inexplicably took my products to the back and held me ransom for 5-10 minutes, the person who rang me up and was extremely defensive like I was blaming her finally came out with the $12 they had over charged and I told her to keep it. Because I don’t give a crap about the money, I care about the fact that I don’t feel like this place is on the up and up. I feel like they are playing a game with pricing and if they aren’t then they are just plain incompetence. I’m done with this place.
