2 orders made so far. First contact/Setup was rough and took better part of the day. In all fairness, the planet was having a rough day. I was kept in the loop and treated with respect. Smooth sailing from there on. Products delivered as advertised and staff is very friendly. Imperfect start but absolutely no complaints so far.
