The Dispensary and the products are what you would typically find anywhere else nothing more or less. The problem is the parking. It’s everyone for themselves to find a parking spot. I would give 4 stars but the parking bumps it down to 3

I have been to all the dispensaries in Altoona and Rise is always my go to. Rise always seems to be running better deals than all the other dispensaries around. The Staff is super friendly and professional and I’ve never been there for more than 5-10 mins. Also they offer 20% military discount compared to 10% everywhere else which shows the respect they have for us veterans. I would for sure recommend
