Good flower, good selections, good prices, great service

Disappointed

Usually the shake ounces are fairly decent, but the animal cookies is straight trash. I haven't found even the smallest hint of a nug. It's all leaves and stems. I smoked 2 joints and have the worst headache ever now. Update: Owner waits 3 days to reply about a replacement which has already been tossed in the trash where it belongs.

Hey there! That is surprising since Grower has been pretty consistent for us, but it definitely could have been a bad batch! Would you mind coming in and asking for Jake or Cam, and they will replace your shake ounce with a completely different one for us? I hope we can make it up to you!

Never Again

The girl with the hexagon shaped glasses was very rude, I almost didn't complete my purchase and left. She talks as if I was stupid. I will not be treated this way when just asking a simple question. If I come back and see that she's working, I will not buy anything and go to a different store...

I apologize if things were a little confusing to you, we have an enormous selection and a LOT of products on sale (individually or in bulk), but we do try our best to keep things organized. About pricing, we operate like Sam's Club & Costco's wholesale to the public -- we give price breaks the more you buy. But sometimes, we decide to provide you with a better price at a lower quantity (14g); that way, you don't have to purchase a whole ounce if you don't want. Then we have some strains on sale on their respective shelf, discounted to the lowest 'per gram price.' For example, Wet Betty from Resonant Cultivation is on our Elevate Shelf ($13/g), where it remains since that's where the growers would like it to be and not to be confused with bottom shelf quality, but we have it "On Sale, no bogo" for $8/g!! If you could give me, Kim - a call at 405.839.1875, I'd love to talk to you in person, answer any questions you have, and make it up to you!

1st time back in a year

Even after a year has passed, they still fail to keep their menu up to date. This used to be my favorite place to get carts but when I stop here, they are always sold out even tho their menu has them displayed in stock. They didn't tell me they were recently sold out, but over a week they've been out of stock. I'm then suggested to go to the next closest store... why would they have any if this location is out? Especially over a week. I ended up getting other carts and they aren't what I wanted, but I guess they're good enough for the price. I really hope your online order is correct next time I stop here...

Checking out issues

The last 2 times I have gone here, they seem to have issues putting in the correct prices. After waiting on the guy to figure it out, he decided to just do quick math in his head and was going to overcharge me had my math not been better and more accurate. On top of these confusing situations I didn't get my military discounts. I'm not sure if I'll be back for a while, I never have these issues anywhere else and I get better prices for the same quality.

Satisfaction no longer 100%

For starters the lady that helped me tonight did at least a 4 star job, but the store menu, displays, and products need to be updated. Purchased some GMO that on display looks like diamonds, the jar I got looks like a melted piece of tootsie roll... it's not worth it for me to drive there anticipating to find what I seen available on the menu to hear 'We sold out'... and the sold out products will still be on the menu next week as well... I'm probably done coming here for a while Update: Over the past 2 days Mel has been texting me in an attempt to correct this but has managed to insult me by offering a house preroll to fix this entire screw up... like I'm just some pothead and a joint is gonna make it right...

Awesome spot!

So far, I'm impressed. I stopped in since I seen a couple items on the menu I liked. They have more than what was on the menu and the quality is excellent, prices are not too extreme, and the service was friendly. I will more than likely be back.
