Bud tenders are basic and boring. they are afraid to approach you as the customer or wait until they finish the convo with their other bud tender friend to acknowledge walk in as 'Hey what are you looking for today?' Manager/key holder just walks around quiet and awkward making the scene uncomfortable. And sayyyy. . . what's with the discounts and dollar joints? one employee gave me dollar j, but the very next day i was not given the dollar j by a different employee. . need new staff! new rules! it's hurting your business.
