I’ve tried a few places in River Rouge area for pre-orders. Some places are slow. Some places don’t prepare until you arrive. Some don’t give you all your items but still charge you. I stopped doing pre-orders everywhere except Herbology. This is my first review. I ordered 5 of the same item. When I got home after 9 PM, I only found 1 not 5. I was super irritated. The next day I complained. Herbology gave me the missing 4 items and a pre-roll for the inconvenience. I was shocked and pleased. I was very worried they would not believe me, so I was satisfied with the outcome and will continue to use them.

Why does this say medical only? It sells recreational, too. I do NOT have a medical card and I buy from here 2-3 times a month.
