You can lie on your yelp page and act like me calling the police (which I believe may have been another customer) was due to a customer service issue. You obviously weren’t following cdc guidelines. I was. Your employee was screaming his head off at me for wearing a mask. This is a safety issue. Not a customer service issue. I have someone calling and texting my phone based off of what happened in your dispensary months ago. I would like to know how they got my information? Like I said you can lie all you want and say that I was out of line by putting on a new mask and not wanting to touch it. You had no sanitizer and were asking me to touch my face. You screamed at me touch my face. You can’t deny that. This is a safety issue and not a customer service issue. I didn’t feel safe that day and I don’t feel safe now that someone is calling me at home.

After removing my mask and ID’ing myself to staff I then went to my car to get another mask. When I came back with another mask they had got another manager and said that I needed to remove the mask again so I could be identified to the manager. I told them no. I asked them why I would have to be identified again. They told me because I threw my mask at an employee and was causing a scene. After the manager left the room another employee started yelling at me telling me that I can’t take off the mask or get out. I told him the cdc guidelines said that if the mask comes off then I need to put on a new one. They were more angry after being asked to remove my mask I left it on their counter. I was told I needed to leave if I didn’t take off the mask so I took off the second mask and sat it down on another table. They were in my face without a trash can so I don’t know where they wanted me to dispose of it. I am a medical patient that has a medical card for medical reasons.

I come here at least once a week for a little smoke on the go. This place always has a great selection of product. Taxes are included in all the prices. Prices and product lists all conveniently printed at the front desk. Nina has helped me several times and I love her great service with a smile. If you are looking for a some where south of the strip to get rosin, this is the place. There is always rosin available at Jenny’s. I often have trouble finding a place that keeps it on the shelf. That hasn’t been a problem here. I came in a couple months ago because they had a great deal on an 1/8th and I wanted to check the place out. The waiting area is clean and professional looking. Easy check in. Was called back with no wait. After entering their product room I immediately noticed the huge selection of vape pens, attachments, water pipes and accessories. As a first time patient I was able to get an 1/8th, a half gram of Virtue brand rosin, and a nectar collector for around $90. I had received 15% for my first time order. I am extremely happy with my purchases and the service I have received. I have been back many times. This is my favorite place in Henderson. Staff is super friendly and patient with me when I have questions. This shop sets the standard for me.
