It saddens me to know that HIGHER GROUND does not acknowledge STATE MEDICAL cards . I went to purchase and was told that I would still have to pay the state CA tax which I am not entitled to pay since I am a state patient . CATALYST actually shows on the receipt that it takes off the state tax . This means that HIGHER GROUND is pocketing taxed money and not passing tgat tax on as most dispensaries are not paying taxes currently to LOS ANGELES county . I have reported them to the DCC and will be following up with a lawsuit joined by fellow patients .
