Very sativa effects. The small nugs are no beauties, but they’re wonderfully sticky, visibly frosty, smell awesome, and took the first small spark very well. This nice smooth hit was worth cleaning my bowl for, and it went straight to my head.

Best cart I’ve had in awhile. Hits right in my sweet spot for flavor, and plenty of it on a long low power hit. Potent

I had a previous package from the exact same batch, was pretty happy with it, and the difference is night and day. This one is nasty little nugs, though they do seem potent enough, with lots more stem. I don’t understand how this shift in quality happens, but am off this brand now.

Sour Diesel is my jam, and Super Sour Diesel is the cross with Super Silver Haze, an even more energizing strain. My brain is twitching after one hit more than 20 minutes ago. The terps are nicely dialed in here, as you should expect with this brand.

Love Diesels. Love ChemDawg. The combination tastes a little like singed rubber bands to me. (I mean, I’ll finish it 🙂) ChemDawg is an acquired taste to start with, IMO, and I can understand it doesn’t necessarily play well with others strong aromas. Does it hit hard like Coldfire should? Yep. Is it almost obnoxiously terpy? No slacker here.

They were listed on Weedmaps as live resin (2 Connected and one Alien Labs), but turned out to be cured. My bad, in part, for not checking the bag, but please fix the menu! I like cured resin just fine - always have one going - and the price was great even for that, so I’m not TOO upset. Plus there was a $1 battery in the deal, so still worth it.

First visit to this shop, Chloe was wonderful. But there was a mistake at the register and I saw once home that my senior discount wasn’t applied. E-mailed their general address and heard back from their GM in under 24 hours, promising to make it right. He wasn’t working Saturday, but manager Alex seemed to be expecting me, and she proceeded to kill me with kindness. As I told her, people make mistakes and what matters is how you recover. A+

Edited on 6/15: I’m still a fan of this shop and its people, but in the age of COVID: social distancing inside was non-existent yesterday, and my budtender started off with her nose exposed; with no product descriptions or potency listings, shopping the menu for delivery or pickup is impossible. Too many people were inside, overall, for a floor layout that makes distancing difficult. Everything else below still holds. Prices are very good. Selection is excellent. People are nice. (Hi Martha and Che.) Store is attractive, comfortable, and well-organized. Without the menu up I hesitated, but ultimately went because previous reviews tipped me off. They were right. I think I forgot to tip Martha, and it was well-deserved! Unintentional, I promise, and I’ll catch up next time.

Excellent first time trip. Sorry I don’t recall her name, but I asked to see a lot, she patiently figured out the right sorts of things to show me, and I’m very happy with my purchases from this past weekend. Nice assortment of carts and esp flower. The Rooster carts, “filled in the next room,” I was told, are a solid value and I like that they’re local. Tried Platinum for the first time and also impressed. Nice comfortable shop with an attractive waiting lounge I did not have to use, and pleasant people.

Edited on 6/15: I just want to compliment this shop on handling COVID. Physical distancing is easy both inside the waiting room and outside (with chairs); letting only 2 customers in at a time for the smallish retail space was the right thing to do, even though not necessary great for business. AND they’re still the only local shop that consistently has product descriptions and potency info on most items: hard to use delivery or pickup without this. The rest remains true... I like the store’s layout and the vibe much better than the big shops in town. Staff is very friendly and informative. Big kudos on having all-in pricing. I would like to see more variety in cartridges, and more full grams, which are more economical for those of us who primarily vape. Appreciate the surprisingly good bargain vape.

Went in on Friday to avoid what I assumed would be a weekend Grand Opening mob. So there were ample, friendly, knowledgable staff. They’re still getting started so there are little hiccups as people learn a wide variety of items. The Tradecraft Holy Grail I purchased came as two gorgeous buds that look just like the sample. Good smoke and effects, white ash. Love the clear display canisters they’re using: magnifier built into the top and air holes to open for a whiff. Clever. Very happy with the Genx Rocket Fuel OG cartridge. They focus on terps and the flavor is great. Reasonably potent, but not the top tier in that regard. Overall a nice balance of potency, flavor, and price. Plus the brand gave away a grinder that, though I don’t need it, is very clever. Speaking of potency, it’s nice to be able to buy a real Heavy Hitters again in North County . The Sour Diesel packs the punch listed, though I think the flavor is a little light and off target compared to what I recall. I got the Stickie Vapes freebie cartridge for setting up my medical rec, and the Ghost Train Haze was a great recommendation. Right in the sweet spot for my tastes. Fog City Cherry Pie sauce, on sale, left an immediate bad first impression, as I opened mine up and found something much saucier than the display sample. It had not been stored upright - perhaps even left somewhere warm - and so the entire inside was coated. As soon as I opened it that goo was drawn into the chunky screw threads and then it was cleanup time, using my dabber tool to salvage what I could. Honestly I haven’t tried sauce before. Is this normal? Oh, one important thing was missing and I feel bad about it: the tip jar.

Whether bad luck or a real product design issue, this cartridge disappointed. The distillate is thick and potent - thus my 3 star review rather than 1 - but the cartridge lasted no better than half as long as it should have. It clogged a lot, but opened up with heat and heavy draw. Then I realized distillate was getting sucked up all the way into the mouthpiece and my lips were getting stuck together. (I actually took rubbing alcohol to them.) On further inspection, the two air inlets on the bottom of the cartridge had thick distillate oozing out, so each first hit of a session required sucking hard enough to clear those, then I got a big hit of distillate (and vapor) that came all the way to the mouthpiece. This happened too late for replacement. I wanted to like this product and obviously a lot of people do, but I won’t be back. Maybe try a syringe to refill a good cartridge.
