The other night I came over here to beat closing time to pick up last minute product I raced there I live in the neighborhood and I’m I’m in a wheelchair too. I get there show security my Id and then the supposedly “chill” general manager come out of nowhere and tells me that I’m not allowed in anymore cause a few months back I was doing the same thing racing to deli before it closed and from my house to there I lost my id and you guys were rude and your security guard put his hands on my wheelchair sorry your not going to push me out without me saying something I told both security and the front desk F$ck you that all and have been able to go in when I got my new id but that night cause you want to discriminate against a person with a disability I was refused service. I read a comment here that it feel like walking on eggshells when you go here and i shouldn’t feel like that. Im Glad that I heard from your parent company that you will be closing your doors soon! KARMA

This use to be my go to spot then slowly but surely i just got sick of them saying my order was ready then to be canceled when im walking over there. Then for new years i bought something that I thought would ring in the new years right but wrong tasted like grass clippings then i call the girl who answered was rude ask which one did I purchase i told her then to say they dont take back that brand then i ask when main manager is in she goes on then says there is no one higher then her i then ask what her name was then she hangs up on me. They never want to honor the promos they have i use to go everyday but after new years eve non sense im not going till this is resolved. I have emailed the management and no response. I also keep getting my rewards point missing. I still like this Spots but with these incidents im not going and don’t recommend anyone to go to this place.

So on Thursday i was browsing the menu for wild fire. Saw they had a .5 cartridges for $1.00. So i order i get the first message saying” cartridges are limited 1 per customer “ and that i would have to purchase a $50 cartridge in order to get the $1.00 cartridges. The listing on here didn’t say anything about purchasing anything to get this promo. Then they said sorry this was a old listing from monday but the menu was updated in real time. So I finally get a message telling me that they wouldn’t honor what they had listed no substitute nothing. Not good business practices.
