I’ve been a highly loyal, daily customer (5-7 days a week) at this location since it first opened, but I will never return after my experience today. At 4:19 PM, I came in specifically for the "buy 2, get 1" Uncle Arnie’s deal. An employee discussed the promotion with me, but he made an oversight and charged me regular price for all three.When I immediately went back inside to dispute the total and ask for the ~$7 difference, your new manager refused to make it right. She claimed she couldn't fix the oversight because it was supposedly one minute before the deal went live. Instead of valuing a loyal customer, she treated me as if the mistake was my fault. To make matters worse, she downright refused to give me her name when I asked!Losing a daily, high-spending customer over $7 and a refusal to make a simple exception is shocking and highly unprofessional. Many of your employees who know me will surely disagree with how I was treated today. Shame on management for this terrible choice.Peace and shoutouts to Kat, Drew, and others, who have always been great and professional. Sadly, because of this manager, you have lost my business for good
