We have reported this review to Weedmaps as SPAM and slander, and are looking to have your posts removed and your account blocked. After a very short (and effortless) investigation, we found that you posted a fully positive review with Pharmkent (again), and blasted us (again), all within an hour of each other, so you're not the best at masking your motives. As well, our pricing is parallel with Pharmkent for the most part, and we carry many of the same products. Therefore, your "prices are higher" and "product is less potent" theories don't hold water, as again, we're carrying the SAME products, at literally the SAME prices. Unless quality falls from the time the delivery truck leaves Pharmkent and arrives 8 minutes later at NCW, you don't really have a case here either. We already and previously addressed the false accusation of a patient having to "wait outside in a wheelchair for over an hour", which couldn't be any more from the truth. The bottom line - take your slanderous posts elsewhere. We have a very hard working staff, competitive pricing, and an array of features, all with our patients' care and their wallets in mind. NOTE: We don't hold Pharmkent responsible for your attempts at slamming NCW. We support their operation, and know that we have theirs as well. While we typically take time to address opportunistic reviews, this is an apparent attack on our storefront with false accusations and inaccurate information, in an effort to bash us online all while promoting another store. Allow us to address your "concerns": #1 - Our budtenders are far from rude, we practice the utmost in patient care 100% of the time. #2 - Our prices are anything but skewed towards a qauged profit. Certainly there are markups on our products, as we have to generate profit in order to pay our employees, keep the lights on, and pay our lease. #3 - Have have no, nor have ever had, a $60 1/8th at 10% THC. Completely inaccurate and false. #4 - We have not, and will never, ask patients (especially someone in a wheelchair) to wait outside while our system is down. Our waiting room is adequate for patients to wait comfortably, in the event that the system is down. Furthermore, we often provide pizza, drinks, water, etc to accommodate those who decide to wait while the state system returns to operable, but never have, and will never ask our patients to wait outside. Ever. Last but certainly not least, our establishment is all about helping our patients, and zero about personal gain. We offer aggressive deals daily, flash sales, a recently renovated rewards system, and more. We take pride in what we offer here at NCW, and considering that this is your second "review" putting us on blast, it's become apparent and obvious of your intentions, which we have addressed with Weedmaps.

Thank for for taking the time to give us this honest review of your experience at NCW, we're alarmed and disturbed over what you experienced during your visit, and we apologize for such. Please allow me to address your points: We completely understand the aggravation with the system going down occasionally and having to wait; it's equally as frustrating on our end, as we are at the mercy of the state. If the state system is down, all dispensaries are down. We stay in constant communication with the MMCC to try and avoid future shutdowns, and hope that these are in our rear view mirror. Second, and most alarming, we're disappointed in the customer care, or lack thereof, you received during your visit. If it's a rude and condescending approach, then we will address it ASAP. That being said, our budtenders are very well educated in symptom diagnosis; if you're looking to treat anxiety, PTSD, sleeplessness, or otherwise, our staff can certainly point you in a solid direction based on knowledge and experience. If you're looking for a simple "how's the high?", then that's an entirely different story. No one on the staff has "tried" all 40 different strains, so it's difficult to suggest one unless someone has. Rather, we can certainly use the terpene profiles of each strain to better gauge what you're looking to treat. We hope this clears up some of your frustrations, and we will certainly address the patient care piece of this as well.
