Hi Dimitri, We are sorry to hear the Cannabis you purchased did not meet expectations. Note that we do not produce or package any products. In fact all legal stores buy from the same suppliers ( through the government often with limited supply). We do really listen to our customers feedback regarding quality and experience with the products they purchase. We give this feedback directly to the Producers or the Government (Both genuinely seem interested in listening) Our goal as a retailer is to move legal Cannabis forward in the best possible way given our supply constraints. There are quite a few very good strains and some such as you experienced that might not meet certain users expectations.
