I purchased Marathon OG pre-rolls from this dispensary, and when I received them, the packaging was not sealed and appeared to have already been opened. I immediately called to report the issue and questioned whether the pre-rolls were actually authentic Cure Company products. I was told a manager would contact me to resolve the issue and provide a refund. That call never came. I followed up FOUR separate times, and each time I was told a manager would call me back and resolve it. No one ever did. Selling me opened, unsealed cannabis products and then repeatedly promising to address the issue without following through is completely unacceptable. Based on the condition of what I received, I do not believe I was sold authentic Cure Company pre-rolls. I feel scammed and would not trust purchasing products from this dispensary again.
