Hello! Upon delivery, we always organize our concentrates in bins and keep them the right side up for the duration of their time with us. Unfortunately, we do not have any control of how the products are packaged nor how they are stored when in transit to our dispensary. With the majority of our team being patients, I can assure you nothing is done carelessly to ever intentionally disturb any of the medicine.
