I’m new to California. We’ve lived here for 4 months and I have just gotten back into the Bud scene after nearly 15 years thanks to the military. Anywho, I’ve tried several other spot in the area and to be honest I have been pleased with everyone. Today I came into the Reef for the first time and I was taken aback by the difference. Instead of the bud tender setup (which isn’t at all bad) I was greeted by Michael, let’s say my Bud concierge. Michael, was sweet, he was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, respectful and fun to shop with. I explained that I had PTSD and pain to deal with but I had daughters to run after and we went at it. We went through what seemed to be the whole store before we had come to a consensus on what I should be getting for the day. I’ll admit, I took up way too much of your time but I appreciate all of your help and your patience. Everyone at the store was extremely, nice, knowledgeable and personable. It was an experience that I will be repeating.
