So i have purchased a couple of pre-rolls and the container was so hard to open I had to saw it with a kitchen knife! Please use packaging people can open and labels dark enough to read. Screw tops are nice for people with hand strength problems. Labels in a dark, larger font, cater to people with vision problems. There is no way my disabled brother could open or read what was in the package. You are our #1 dispensary, hope the feed back helps.

The last three times I was there I sat and watched others being served before I was. I got out of my car and asked for my order. Frustrating.

You are efficient and friendly. A little pricey. Yet to try the edibles. Flower has always been great. (except for a pre roll). Will return.
