Did you ask the budtender who was helping you to clarify what the charges were when he or she told you what your total was? (It would have been easy to correct right then if there was a problem). The transaction for one $5.00 pre-roll definitely should not total $16.00. We reviewed the history for the day of your review and found no transactions with the above-listed amounts. If you would like to call the store or stop back in during normal business hours and ask to speak to a manager, we'll be happy to review this and make sure you are refunded for anything you should not have been charged for.
