Discounted prices & known brands can only go so far. Customer service and communication needs to be improved. Give customer courtesy calls when an issue arises with an online order otherwise you’ll just have the customer wait 3+ hours for a delivery order that was placed on hold with no communication. First & last time purchasing from them.
