Sp when you go in they have to let only a certain amount of people in at a time. So that took about 5 minutes, I asked the budtender to see what her personal favorite was and she told me and I asked i she had any straws and she said yes and showed me what she had in stock. I then realized I didn't have enough money to get the shatter and the straw. I told her that and she was extremely kind and still processed the order. All in all took about 15 minutes. These people are amazing for customer service, sales, and communication skills. I highly, highly recommend them.
