I visited High Profile on a Thursday expecting a fairly quick and smooth experience, but that was far from the reality. The wait time was extremely long, especially for a weekday, which was frustrating right from the start. What made it worse was the clear lack of budtenders available to assist customers. There simply weren’t enough employees on the floor, and the ones who were there seemed overwhelmed. Customers were left standing around with little to no guidance or updates. Even more disappointing was the apparent lack of urgency from management. There didn’t seem to be any effort to address the long wait times or improve the flow of service. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about how long customers were waiting or how much business they might be losing because of it. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. With better staffing and more attentive management, this place could be much better—but as it stands, it needs serious improvement.
