We have patients that carpool, so there often is more than one transaction within a single car. Also, many patients have been bulking up to limit trips and follow stay at home orders in this state of emergency. A large order takes time for an agent to read off all products in that patient's order, ring each individual item up, and label each individual item with a patient label. We hope you understand.
