They just lost a long time customer I will not step foot in that store again. I buy a weed cartridge and nowhere on the packaging does it say it has grape flavoring but when I get home it obviously has grape flavoring, you can taste the harshness from the additives. When I called and was very specific that it was a taste issue not that it was defective, they tell me to come down to the store and they will “test” it and if it has grape flavoring, they’ll work with me. Well, when I get down there, the Manager tells me that taste is subjective and there’s nothing they can do for me very condescendingly, which is absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for wasting my time! When I buy a premium cartridge I want my weed to taste like weed not a candy bar how about standing behind the product you sling? False advertising!! All they did was tell me to contact the manufacturing company and show me the door. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
