I ordered two 1/8s online and the order was confirmed by CCC. But when I arrived, one product was sold out. Last time I ordered here, both products were not available when I arrived. Why confirm the order if not all products are available? If you can't keep your menu accurate and up to date, AT LEAST contact customers when products are sold out. I haven't decided if I'll go back. I'm leaning to NO. I dont' like being treated like this by ANY retailer.

I ordered but when I arrived one product not available. Last time I ordered, bothproducts were not available. Both times, I received confirmation of my order before I drove there. PLEASE update your menu. Or at least, let us know if you're out of s/g before we go to the store. What's the point of ordering online if the products aren't actualy available. VERY annnoying.

Ordered 2-1/8's on Weedmaps for pickup. Wanted to be sure they had the product, and to expedite pickup. Got an email that eve saying I'd picked up the order? WTF? I'd planned to get it the next day. Called them the next morning. Find out all orders are cleared at day's end. Why not tell me that when I order? Other shops keep it ready for at least 24 hours. When I arrived to buy in person the next mid morning, lines were forming outside. It's a strange and somewhat unsafe set up. You have to go in to check in, then wait outside. When I was called in, there were 4 or 5 customers and 3 budtenders inside this very small room. Even with masks, this makes me nervous. The weed was good for the price. I won't go back, not unless they change their ordering and pickup procedures.
