I have always had a wonderful experience with Capital Dank, however, I was turned away from buying RSO that I need for seizures because although my medical card had been approved for renewal after 3 days, I still hadn't received my physical card. I have all of the required information in my approval email, that would show your system that I am an approved medical patient in the state of Oklahoma, but your policy prevents your employees from doing that. It's pretty sad to see you treat this like a drug. If I apply for medical insurance, I can go to the doctor the same day, without my physical ID. I no longer get high from RSO, I need 100MG, twice a day to prevent seizures, I don't understand why you would turn approved patients away from medicine. Your employees were very sympathetic and embarrassed for your policy.
