When’s the last time you went somewhere where the welcome greeting is genuine and not forced cuz it’s part of their job. It’s that welcome greeting and what’s in the next room that can get you through a rough day. The glass displays are amazing. Truly! Sometimes I end up spending a few extra minutes talking and learning more about the products and the employees I’ve worked with have given me their honest opinion on products. I like honesty. If you haven’t tried it, say so! Don’t tell me a BS story to make the sale. With that honesty, how genuine the people who work there are and DELIVERY is what keeps me loyal. My only complaint is that I wish it didn’t take 3 hours to get your order when placed but then that text/call comes from the driver and mamas happy again!!!!!
