In-store customer service was amazing...... But one of my RSO Syringe did not work I tried everything humanly possible but no luck. So I tried to return the product but they told me I had to go through customer service. After Soooo many emails and a video of me trying everything, they finally said take it in for a exchange. Didn't offer a credit or anything. Like I'm asking for something. This has not been a great experience. I probably will just stick with the other dispensaries here in Jax. I'm so disappointed in Flowery.
