Not good! I’ve been a regular at this place for almost a year and recently I was sold two products that I was told were sativa, but both ended up being hybrids (one of which was a mother’s day present for my mom who, like me, ONLY smokes sativa). Went back a couple of days later to exchange the one that was still factory sealed and they told me I had to come back on Friday since I had bought it that day on a special discount. Came back on Friday as they said, but refused to exchange my product for something different. As a regular customer, I felt “cheated” on my purchase, and there was a lack of good customer service in response. Now that I’ve wasted my time coming back twice, I can’t say I’ll be returning again.
