Place order online for pick up. Wait 45 min to be told its ready. Go to curbside pickup and wait 15 minutes, have someone who showed up after me be helped before me. Then be told i didnt check the curbside pickup box and will have to wait in the one line for both order pickup and normal shopping that runs out the door. Check both websites for a box to check, but nothing. Finally get inside to talk to the "manager" who looks fresh out of high school to be informed that there is no box and that i needed to do special instructions. No where online is this information posted, but apparantly there are two signs inside the budroom that explain the need to input special instructions. This is useless for new customers to be informed and suggested she change the pages to be more clear. She had the audacity to respond with they havnt had THAT MANY COMPLAINTS and they WONT BE CHANGING THE WEBPAGES. !News flash idiots! : the first customer pointing out your negligence should have been the last.
