Shelby is Amazing at her job! I came into store In a lot of pain, little money or idea what I wanted but thanks to Shelby I was able to get a strain & evolve that matched for my needs perfectly! Grateful to Timber & Shelby!

Tony is super patient & is always incredibly helpful in suggestions & honest strain reviews. They always listen to my concerns & health issues when translating what will either work best for nausea, inflammation or just an overall joyful buzz. We love Tony! :))))

I went in today & left absolutely delighted per usual. Faith was my budtender & she was so kind, sweet & patient. I got a variety of different things & felt so heard when she was fulfilling my need both for pain relief/relaxation as well as fun. I also received quite an education while there on live resin vs rosin & really enjoyed how eloquently he explained the process. They were both very knowledgeable & I got some great deals! 10/10 experience

I recently went into jars & was greeted my the sweetest human ever; Alex- an overall joyous person who was super easy to talk to & discuss my issues. She made me feel like family & like I was in a very safe space as she patiently not only reviewed all their products but showed me & allowed me to smell each of their sale items! She was wonderful!

I recently went to Jars & had my first encounter with Katie & was so grateful for her helping me! I have a high tolerance & often play around w different combos in order to yield best results. This trip in particular was no different; other than the fact that I had Katie specifically; & with great effort & thought put in I might add on her part, pick out her personal favorites & use her expertise to choose my resin, pre-rolls, flower & edibles. I have many Health issues & everyday is a real struggle but Katie’s hand picked choices have me feeling better than I have in a very long time & will both remain with said combo as well as move forward with additional buys in the direction of her knowledge.
