The product is great. Good quality and great price point. I am bummed though, because the bottle cap came apart into three pieces - it didn’t break, it just fell apart - and ended up spilling so I lost most of the bottle. I have tried to contact Lime through their website and an email I have seen floating around, but haven’t even received an automated response. So I bought another bottle and had the same thing happen again. The cap falls apart. At least this time I was ready for it and was keeping the bottle in a plastic bag. Just trying to let y’all know about the issue, so hopefully nobody else has their caps fall apart! Product: 5 stars Packaging: 1 star customer service (so far): 0

Have to update. They reached out within 24 hours and hooked it up. Goes to show these guys truly care about taking care of the customer.

Can't say enough about these guys. Consistently the fastest delivery times around. Quality product - honey vape is clutch. Only complaint is they never seem to honor the daily deals listed on their site. Monday is free house edible day. My order just came without an edible. Has happened multiple times on Tuesday (two joint day), as well as weekends when it says it is 10% off. I still order from them because they are that good, but would love to see you guys either honor the deals!
