Loved the vibe, budtenders were great, store was clean, didn't have to wait long and there is a drive thru if you already know what you want! Best dispensary I've been to in Tulsa so far.

I've shopped here for a long time and it gets worse every time I go. I used to see the same few people working there who knew what they were doing and now I see literally new people every time I come in. The only consistency is the security people which is a whole other business. The budtenders rarely know where any of the edibles are, and last time I was in the budtender told me sorry we have what you want in the back but I don't have the ability to move it in our system. She shouldn't have told me that because now I'm mad I can't buy what I wanted to buy even though you have it in the back room. Oh and Weedmaps menu? Forget about it. Yes it's up but they have nothing that it says they do. The management clearly sucks and I feel bad for the new hires because it seems like not a great place to work. High Tops better start stepping it up because whats going on behind closed doors doesn't unnecessarily go unnoticed by customers.

I am taken back by how these guys handle business. I did not have a good experience and because of that I will not be back. The way they respond to the reviews on here gives you an idea of the exact type of customer service you will get. Passive aggressive and rude. This is not how you run a dispensary.
