The front staff is amazingly helpful and polite. They carry conversations with me every time I go. In the back...not so much. You don’t have to share a life story but anything more than ‘what do you want.’ And ‘here’s your total.’ Would be great. I go to this place regularly. I live across the road. That said, when I’ve been in the past THREE times and bought concentrates, I’ve asked for one specifically, and all three times I’ve come home with some random wax that looks nothing like the wax I asked for, and also, is literally the wrong strain. It’s like they don’t listen to me when I ask for something. I usually only smoke sativas but the last three wrong containers were all indica. I had to go elsewhere out of fear of wasting my money again. Oh well I guess.
