Their online menu is always updated. Every time I online order they have it ready in 10min. Very friendly and attentive staff. Their product selection is bigger than most other dispensaries in the area, costs a bit more but really not by much and for the convenience of being able to pick it up quickly it’s worth it. Plus it’s right off the freeway.

The employees are very friendly, but they seem to be held back by poor management. This used to be the go-to dispensary in Merced, but the quality of the store’s management has declined considerably. This location makes far too much money to be consistently understaffed. It’s not uncommon to wait more than 15 minutes in line because only one or two employees are working the sales floor. Meanwhile, several others may be in the back stocking products instead of helping customers. Online ordering isn’t much better. It can take more than an hour for an order to be bagged, and there is sometimes still a long pickup line because, once again, they are understaffed. Their online menu is also rarely accurate or up to date. It feels like management does not prioritize the customer experience and would rather keep staffing costs as low as possible. They may feel they can get away with it because they are one of the cheapest dispensaries in Merced, but with new competition opening in Merced and Atwater, I no longer see a reason to come here just to save $5 or $10. Maybe it’s worth it during their 30%-off promotions, but even then, I’m not sure.

The bud tenders here are very helpful with getting you what they want. Abri helped me out and she was quick and recommended me the good ish!! My go-to spot for the lowest priced weed.
